ZOUZAR BOUKA, Chairman, founded VISION MADAGASCAR (ViMa), in 2000, with some of Madagascar’s most iconic structures to his credit, including the 2007 South African embassy and the 2010 Antananarivo City Hall. The real estate division still plays the most important role with ViMa Real Estate, ViMa Business Centers and ViMa Majunga Hub. Bouka’s latest venture is the 79-acres ViMa Majunga Hub : the first industrial park of the West Coast of Madagascar with 80 acres of urban land and 650,000 sq feet of rental space.
