BLAIR MILLER Blair Miller is a co-founder of BlueOrange Capital, a sustainable investment fund focused on emerging markets. Blair has built her career at the intersection of business and philanthropy most recently working at the office of Ray Chambers where she supported the offices efforts in impact investing and innovative financing with a particular focus on healthcare in Nigeria and India. Miller spent the early part of her career at Acumen, impact investment fund that invests in enterprises that serve the poor in India, Pakistan, West and East Africa, and Latin America. Blair is most passionate about developing human capital and, as such, is an investor Andela a venture backed company training a cadre of technology developers across Africa and an advisor at Learn Capital, an education technology venture capital fund.
Blair is a senior lecturer at Yale University, a trustee of the Africa Center, and a term member at the Council on Foreign Relations. Blair holds an MBA from the University of Michigan and a BA in English literature from the University of Virginia where she was a varsity volleyball player.
